F.I.R.E. Institute

F.I.R.E Institute is designed for young men who have graduated from high school, and who desire to learn how to win our world to Christ. It is not a program for spiritual sissies or new Christians. It is exclusively for those who are in a visibly growing relationship with the Lord.

Students will be involved in hands-on ministry to people. They will also learn the realities of the non-glamorous, but essential workings of genuine ministry.

Although classroom learning is a very real part of the internship process, our students will not leave their experience with us wondering what to do. They will put into practice what they learn on a daily basis.

Saturday Power Company - ministering to hundreds of children that ride our buses to the Children’s Center each week.

Power Company in the ‘hood - taking the Gospel to the streets throughout the city.

Home Invasion - visiting several thousand children every week in their tenement buildings, projects, shelters, and homes.

Character Building Assemblies - conducting assemblies in urban elementary and middle schools.

L.E.A.D (Learning Evangelism and Discpleship) - training and mentoring teens who have committed their lives to Christ, through the ministry of Power Company.

Soul Winning - students will not only lead children to Christ, they will impact entire families for eternity.

Learning genuine ministry takes commitment. Becoming a student at F.I.R.E Institute is only for young people who are serious about changing their world.
