Our Junior Workers help in leading the ministry throughout each week. These are young people who have come up through the ranks of the ministry and now serve the Lord along with our staff of volunteers. A child can begin serving as a Helper as early as the fourth grade and graduate to Junior Worker status by the sixth grade. When a Junior Worker enters their sophomore year of high school they become eligible to be promoted as an Adult Worker. We have seen young men and women take responsiblity for the same routes they started coming to Power Company on when they were in elementary school. Many of these young people visit the children and are responsible for their own bus routes before graduating from high school. Our Junior Worker program works in conjuction with LEAD.
